Directive 5 applies only to ISPs and telecom operators — it does not apply to schools, MSMEs, hospitals, or government offices. Directives 7 and 8 require a CERT-In empanelled auditor by law — no software can replace these. So for your organisation, it's 17 out of 19 applicable directives. Why do I still need the empanelled auditor if I have CognoShift?▾

The empanelled auditor assesses evidence for all 20 directives — not just 7 and 8. Without CognoShift, they find gaps in 17 operational directives and issue non-compliance findings. What is a managed endpoint?▾

Each Windows computer running the CognoShift Sentinel agent is one managed endpoint. Sentinel is a lightweight background service (~50MB RAM) that collects compliance telemetry and sends it to your portal.

What payment methods are accepted?▾
